Private Rental Options — Rent the Lodge & Dock, rent Arbutus Point Camp or rent the entire property.

T'ai Li Lodge & Dock

Ideal for families or groups up of six to ten guests.

Private rental includes the fully-furnished Lodge, cabin, furnished platform tent plus a dock and moorings. The Lodge is located on a stunning rocky point with expansive views of Desolation Sound.

RATES:

Rates are based on a weekly rental for up to 6 guests. There is an extra charge of $25 per guest per night for additional guests. The maximum number of guests this home can accommodate is 10.

Arbutus Point Camp

Ideal for families or groups up to 14 guests.

New for 2012, families or groups can rent the entire Arbutus Point Camp weekly (July and August). Enjoy the views of Desolation Sound from the Arbutus Commons deck, along the private rock bound shoreline or from the cabin and tent sites. Arbutus Point Camp includes exclusive use of “Arbutus Commons”, a spacious dwelling which includes expansive ocean view decks, living room, fully equipped modern kitchen, plus indoor and outdoor showers and toilet facilities. Arbutus Point Camp also includes two cabins, two furnished platform tents and two campsites.

RATES:

Rates are based on a weekly rental for up to 8 guests. There is an extra charge of $25 per guest per night for additional guests. The maximum number of guests this property can accommodate is 14.

Rent the Entire Property

Ideal for families or groups up to 24 guests. Enjoy exclusive use of one of the most stunning points of land on Cortes Island. Includes fully-furnished Tai-Li Lodge, Arbutus Commons camp lodge, three cabins, three furnished platform tents, two campsites, dock and moorings.

RATES:

Rates are based on a weekly rental for up to 16 guests. There is an extra charge of $25 per guest per night for additional guests. The maximum number of guests this property can accommodate is 24.

ARBUTUS COMMONS OFF-SEASON RENTALS
Rent Arbutus Commons as a fully-furnished, self-contained cabin by the day, week or month in the off-season (October 1 to May 15, starting at $80/night).

Individual site rentals are available in the off-season or may be available for one or two weeks in July and August.

The Fine Print

All rates are in CDN funds and do not include HST (12%). HST will apply to all charges.

Special Services: Special services may be arranged up to 2 weeks in advance of arrival (ie. catering, housecleaning, provisioning) and are subject to availability of support staff.

Discounts: A 5% discount will apply to bookings of 2 or more consecutive weeks.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit payable on booking, balance payable 60 days prior to arrival.

Minimum Security/damage deposit of $450 payable on all rentals except individual cabins and platform tents, for which $100 security deposit will apply - due 60 days prior to arrival: this deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay provided that all premises are left in good condition.

Off Season Rentals: The Lodge is sometimes available for winter rental; please inquire. Arbutus Commons is available by the day, week or month as a "rental cabin" October 1 to May 15.

Cancellation policy: Confirmed reservations are non-refundable. However, if you must cancel, we will attempt to re-rent the property and, if successful, you will be refunded the rental payments received less a 10% cancellation fee. A proportionate refund will apply if we replace only a part of your reserved time. The damage/security/housekeeping deposit is fully refundable.

Moorage: Additional moorage charges will apply for use of dock and facilities by boats other than those belonging to our guests. Please enquire.

Note: This is a rugged site and is not recommended for children under 5 or the elderly.
