T'ai Li Lodge and Arbutus Point Camp Accommodation Rates 2008

There are many ways to enjoy T’ai Li Lodge! You can rent the entire property (T’ai Li Lodge and Arbutus Point Camp) as a family or group. You can rent the Lodge or Arbutus Point Camp separately. Or you can enjoy "Tent and Breakfast" accommodations at Arbutus Point Camp as a single or couple. Please scroll down for a full description of rental options.

All rates are in CDN funds and do not include GST (5%).

T’ai Li Lodge and Arbutus Point Camp

Have the entire property to yourself!

High Season: $4100/week
July 1 to August 31

Shoulder Season: $3600.00/week
May 1 to June 30, September 1 to October 15         

Rates are based on a weekly rental for up to 16 guests.
There is an extra charge of $25/night for additional guests.
The maximum number of guests this property can accommodate is 24.

Price includes fully furnished house, 3 cabins, 3 platform tents, Arbutus Commons, 2 campsites, dock and moorings. Gourmet meals can be arranged on request.

Additional moorage charges will apply for use of dock and facilities by boats other than those belonging to our guests. Please enquire.

T’ai Li Lodge Only

High Season: $2400/Week
July 1 to September 1

Shoulder Season: $2000/Week
June 1 to June 30 or September 1 to September 30

Rates are based on a weekly rental for up to 6 guests.
There is an extra charge of $25 per guest per night for additional guests.
The maximum number of guests this home can accommodate is 8.

Price includes fully furnished house, cabin, platform tent, plus dock and moorings.

Additional moorage charges will apply for use of dock and facilities by boats other than those belonging to the guests. Please inquire.

Arbutus Point Camp Only (Reserving the whole site)

High Season: $2000/Week
July 1 to September 1

Shoulder Season: $1800.00/Week
May 1 to June 30 or September 1 to October 15 (Canadian Thanksgiving)

Rates are based on a weekly rental for up to 8 guests,
There is an extra charge of $25 per guest per night for additional guests.
The maximum number of guests this site can accommodate is 16.

Price includes 2 cabins and 2 platform tents fully supplied with linens & towels plus "The Commons," a common building complete with kitchen, living room and bathroom facilities. Gourmet Meals are available by arrangement.

Arbutus Point Camp (Gourmet "Tent and Breakfast")

High season: July 1 to September 1
Individual unit, by the week:

Cabin, Single occupancy: $735- Double: $980
Platform tent, Single occupancy: $560 - Double: $770

Individual unit, 3 night stay (S,M,T) or 4 night stay (W,T,F,S):

Cabin, Single occupancy: $115 per night - Double: $155 per night
Platform tent, Single occupancy: $95 per night - Double: $125 per night

Enjoy the privacy of your own small cabin or platform tent , with the added luxury of sharing “Arbutus Commons” – spectacular views, extensive decks, living room, modern kitchen, fridge and freezer space, both indoor and outdoor showers & toilet facilities, kayak storage racks, & a beach at your doorstep.

Prices include shared use of Arbutus Commons (lounge, kitchen, bath) and a gourmet breakfast for two.

3rd person in large tents - $25 per night, gourmet breakfast: $8.50/day.
A 3rd or 4th guest in the large platform tent or cabin will be charged $25 per day lodging plus optional $8.50 for breakfast.

3 night stay is Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday nights (turnover day is Wednesday)
4 night stay is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights. (turnover day is Sunday) - some exceptions can be made.

No charge for children 8 and under in parents' unit!

Arbutus Point Camp (Individual Rentals) - Shoulder Season

Shoulder season: May 15 to June 30, September 1 to October 15

Individual unit, by the week:

Cabin: Single occupancy: $490 - Double: $630
Platform tent: Single occupancy: $385 Double: $490

Individual unit, by the night

Cabin: Single occupancy: $80 per night - Double: $110 per night
Platform Tent: Single occupancy: $65 per night Double: $85 per night

Prices include shared use of Arbutus Commons (lounge, kitchen, bathroom) – no breakfast; A 3rd or 4th guest in the large platform tent or cabin will be charged $25 per day accommodation.

No charge for children 8 and under in parents' unit!

Self-Equipped Camping –Arbutus Point Camp

2 campsites are available for guests with their own gear, minimum 3 or 4 night stays
$25 per person per night. Optional gourmet breakfast (high season only): $8.50/day per person.

Special Services:

Special services may be arranged up to 2 weeks in advance of arrival ( ie. catering, housecleaning, provisioning) and are subject to availability of support staff.

Discounts:

A 5% discount will apply to bookings of 2 or more consecutive weeks.
Special group rates may be arranged.

Payment Terms:

- 50% deposit payable on booking
- Balance payable 60 days prior to arrival
- Minimum Security/damage deposit of $350 payable on all rentals except individual cabins and platform tents, for which $100 security deposit will apply – due 60 days prior to arrival: this deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay provided that all premises are left in good condition

Off Season Rental

The lodge is sometimes available for winter rental – please inquire
Arbutus Commons is available monthly as a residential rental October 15th to May 1st.

Cancellation policy:

Confirmed reservations are non-refundable. However, if you must cancel, we will attempt to re-rent the property and, if successful, you will be refunded the rental payments received less a 10% cancellation fee. A proportionate refund will apply if we replace only a part of your reserved time. The damage/security/housekeeping deposit is fully refundable.

Note: This is a rugged site and is not recommended for children under 5 or the elderly. Please ... no pets (the wildlife appreciate it!)
