Rates are based on a weekly rental for up to 6 guests. There is an extra charge of $35 per guest per night for additional guests. The maximum number of guests this home can accommodate is 8.

Weekly rental includes the Lodge, Dock, Dockside Sleeping Cabin and Tent Cabin.

Moorage: Additional moorage charges will apply for use of dock and facilities by boats other than those belonging to our guests. Please enquire.

Arbutus Point Camp

High Season $2200.00 / week July & August

Off Season Arbutus Commons is available as a fully furnished cabin on a monthly basis October to May.

Rates are based on a weekly rental for up to 8 guests. There is an extra charge of $35 per guest per night for additional guests. The maximum number of guests this property can accommodate is 12. Weekly rental includes the Arbutus Commons, 2 sleeping cabins, 2 tent cabins, 2 campsites and a float in the Bay. All rates are in Canadian funds and do not include taxes which will apply to all charges.

Ideal for families or groups up to 16 guests. Enjoy exclusive use of one of the most stunning points of land on Cortes Island. Includes T'ai Li Lodge, Arbutus Commons Camp Lodge, three cabins, three furnished tent cabins, two campsites, dock, large float and moorings.

High Season $4700.00 / week July & August

Rates are based on a weekly rental for up to 14 guests. There is an extra charge of $35 per guest per night for additional guests. The maximum number of guests this property can accommodate is 16.

All rates are in Canadian funds and do not include taxes which will apply to all charges.

Special Services
Special services may be arranged in advance of arrival: (housecleaning, provisioning, or concierge services re booking of bodywork or activities). A small fee will apply. Please inquire.

Discounts
A 5% discount will apply to bookings of 2 or more consecutive weeks.

Payment Terms: 30% deposit for early bookings, 50% deposit payable otherwise, balance payable 60 days prior to arrival.

Pricing for Children
Where “extra charges” apply for “additional guests” in the rate schedule, there will be no charge for the first two children under 12 when sleeping with their parents; additional children under 12 will be ½ price. All kids 12 and over will be charged at full price.

Minimum Security / Damage Deposit
$450, secured by credit card, on rental of the Lodge or Arbutus Point Camp, and $750 on combined rental of the entire property. This deposit will ONLY be applied to cover the cost of damage repairs or extra and beyond normal cleaning that may be required as a result of your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Confirmed reservations are non-refundable. However, if you must cancel, we will attempt to re-rent the property and, if successful, you will be refunded the rental payments received less a 10% cancellation fee calculated on the full rental fee. A proportionate refund will apply if we replace only a part of your reserved time.
